[Story]
An 18-floor office tower on a tight Marina plot, handed over two weeks ahead of the signed programme.

The brief
Harbourline wanted lettable floors before the next dry season. The plot had one access road and a neighbour on three sides. We fixed the price and the crane programme before the first pile.

The line
We set the datum at the top of pile caps and reported every Friday against it: concrete poured, steel delivered, floors closed in. Slab cycles ran at seven days from level 4 onward.

Handover
Handed over 14 days early, with a snag list of 11 items, all cleared inside the week. Named lead: the site director on the signed handover certificate.
